Biarritz is a collective housing building for a cooperative of education workers in Buenos Aires province. It was designed and constructed in a collaborative effort that took into account in equal measure the cooperative’s needs, the building’s site, and the building codes and zoning regulations in effect in the county of San Martín.

Soup kitchen, nursery, a market for local producers and multipurpose room. To develop a project that takes care of relations with neighbors, responds to the needs of a reduced space and can house various community programs. To point out the presence of a community facility and reinforce the connections between the neighborhood and the activities of the shed.
