Biarritz is a collective housing building for a cooperative of education workers in Buenos Aires province. To develop a project that takes care of relations with neighbors, responds to the needs of a reduced space and can house various community programs. To point out the presence of a community facility and reinforce the connections between the neighborhood and the activities of the shed.
